Welcome to my site. I'm Esther van Cleef and more than 20 years living in Arnhem. For over 15 years I am working on encaustic art. I have this or no education courses. This technique I have "made my own". By a color theory course, Photoshop and QuarkXPress, I learned what it's like to work with colors and shapes that I can apply again in my work. Photography also helps me to learn to look at details. Recently I am working with small pieces of soapstone sculpture. While working with this stone I experiment with different shapes.
